Pro Mundo is a telehealth company that offers online psychological sessions for brazilian women living abroad.


Challenge

During the pandemic, Pro Mundo aimed to expand its clientele overseas. The previous website was not a mobile-friendly version lacking a visual design style nor an intuitive payment or booking system leading to a friction point and losing potential patients.

An intuitive customer journey for a Prô Mundo Telehealth company’s web app through a no-code platform including multipart payments through Stripe, online booking via Calendly, and online consultations via Zoom, resulting in a significant increase in international conversion and revenue.
